Mcdonald's Employee Kicks Out a Homeless Man

A video has now gone viral showing a man being kicked out of Mcdonald's for apparently feeding the homeless.

Yossi Gallo was visiting a Mcdonald's for food where he saw a homeless man standing outside. His kindness got the best of him and he asked the man to walk with him into the fast food chain to grab a bite.

The problems began soon after that.

"I waved him down and said, 'Hey, are you hungry?' And he said, 'Yes.' So, I went in there with him and as soon as we went inside, the lady at the register says 'You're not getting food," Yossi said.

The altercation quickly escalated into a yelling battle between Gallo and the McDonald's employee. Officers were quickly on the scene asking the homeless man to leave the establishment.

However, Capt. Joey Crosby of the Myrtle Beach Police Department added a different take to the situation. "Officers were dispatched to the location after receiving a call from an employee of the business, that a male was in the parking lot asking people for money."

"Upon arriving at the restaurant, an employee approached the officer and indicated the male was inside the establishment The employee requested the officer issue a trespassing warning and asked that the person leave the premises. The officer advised the male of the request made by the business and issued the warning."
