Police in Seymour, Indiana are having some fun with their freezing temperatures by issuing a warrant for the true culprit...ELSA!
They posted a wanted flyer on Facebook saying the Disney Queen is wanted for maintaining a common nuisance as the thermometer drops.
Through some tips, the department says they were able to locate the royal and question her about the freezing weather.
After an extensive interview, they placed Prince Hans under arrest instead...
