Rock Steady Boxing Irvine will join millions in observing Parkinson’s Awareness Month. Parkinson’s disease is a degenerative movement disorder that can cause deterioration of motor skills, balance, speech and sensory function. Rock Steady Boxing Irvine gives those living with Parkinson’s disease hope today by offering a non-contact, boxing-inspired fitness routine proving to dramatically improve their quality of life.

Rock Steady Boxing Irvine will offer a FREE seminar Friday, April 22nd at 12:30pm on Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) in observance of Parkinson's Awareness Month. Presented by neurologist and the founder of the Neurology and Pain Specialty Center Dr. Ken Martinez, the purpose of this event is to provide education about Parkinson’s disease and its treatments.
