Hero or Happenstance? Either way, a Kansas City man is alive thanks the actions of his Great Dane Watson.
Gerry Mulligan was eating some corn nuts when he started choking. Gasping and flailing, he fell to the floor.
That’s when Watson started jumping on top of him, eventually dislodging the blockage. Could Watson have somehow learned the Heimlich maneuver? Probably not, but he is still a hero to Mulligan.
