Firefighters Quell Greater Alarm Blaze at Vacant Home Under Construction 

LOS ANGELES (CNS) - Firefighters in Silver Lake today knocked down a greater alarm blaze at a vacant three-story hillside home under construction, where there was fire on two floors of the structure.  

Dispatched at 2:16 a.m. to 1902 N. Redcliff St., firefighters had the blaze out at 3:19 a.m., the Los Angeles Fire Department reported.  

``Though one neighboring home was briefly threatened, the flames were confined to the one involved building," said Brian Humphrey of the Los Angeles Fire Department. ``No injury. Fire cause under investigation."
