AOC's Hypocrisy Exposed Amid "Green New Deal" Plan

It looks like Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is being exposed for the true phony she is.

Ocasio-Cortez introduced her "Green New Deal" plan earlier this year, saying "The world is going to end in 12 years if we don't address climate change."

Her ultimate goal with the Green New Deal is to bring about "a full transition off fossil fuels and zero greenhouse gases" within 10 years.

In order to achieve such a feat in 10 years, AOC says the nation must "totally overhaul transportation by massively expanding electric vehicle manufacturing, build charging stations everywhere, build out high-speed rail.. create affordable public transit to all, with a goal to replace every combustion-engine vehicle."

However, the freshman congresswoman doesn't seem to be taking her own advice.

Since declaring her candidacy in May 2017, Ocasio-Cortez’s campaign heavily relied on those same combustion-engine cars that she is so against, even though a subway station was just 138 feet from her Elmhurst campaign office, according to the New York Post.

Federal filings show she also listed 1,049 transactions for Uber, Lyft, Juno and other car services.

AOC spent $29,365.70 total on car and van rentals even though her Queens HQ was a one-minute walk to the 7 train.

other filings show her campaign billed only seven rides in yellow cabs in a year and a half.
