North Korea reportedly wants the U.S. to make a bold move and agree to a peace treaty before Pyongyang will talk any more about denuclearization.
CNN is reporting that North Korea wants a permanent peace treaty to replace the armistice that ended the Korean War fighting 65 years ago.
However, the one big problem is the establishment of a legally binding peace treaty would require the approval of two-thirds of the US Senate.
Their source says if the U.S. won't take that step to ensure the survival of Kim Jong Un's regime, Kim probably won't agree to any more talks about ending his country's nuclear weapons program.
