If all of our other warnings weren't enough, here is one more:

DON'T DO METH!!!

It is bad for your teeth.

It is bad for your skin.

And, apparently, it is bad for your hair.

Sara Elizabeth Russell was arrested in Wichita County Texas last week after allegedly attempting to smuggle meth to Jason Burkett, an inmate that is serving life in prison for the murder of two boys in 2001.

Here's how investigators think it went down:

Burkett mailed a handmade card to Russell with pre-arranged directions to put meth in it.

He put his name as the return address.  (You know, just to make sure you're clearly linked to it...)

Then, Russell sent the card back to Burkett, with the meth hidden behind a picture.

What didn't either of them account for?

Oh, you know, just standard prison mail inspection.

Idiots.

Actually, if you don't mind, I'd like to amend my earlier list on why you shouldn't do meth.

It is bad for your teeth.

It is bad for your skin.

And, apparently, it is bad for your hair.

AND IT IS REALLY BAD FOR YOUR BRAIN!

There.  Now my list is done.
