Professor Dong-Hyun Huh of Grace Mission University in Fullerton has been arrested on suspicion of exposing himself to two women in September.
Both incidents reportedly occurred on September 15th.
In the first incident, Huh called a 34-year-old woman over to his vehicle in Cerritos, where she found him with his pants down and genitals exposed. She walked away and called police.
Later that day, in Artesia, he reportedly called a 19-year-old woman over to his car. In this incident, the woman found him masturbating. She also escaped and called police.
It is believed that there may be more victims.
