Former "Glee" star Mark Salling has reportedly died in the Sunland neighborhood of Los Angeles ABC 7 reports.
Los Angeles police say officers responded to reports of a body in the 11900 block of Big Tujunga Road around 8:50 a.m. this morning. Officials wouldn't say whether the body was that of Salling. TMZ reports that Salling's body was found hanging from a tree after being called to do a 'welfare check' that somehow led officers to the baesball field where the former TV star's body was found.
The 35-year-old television star was scheduled to be sentenced four to seven years in prison after a search warrant found more than 50,000 images of child porn on his computer and a thumb drive. Salling reached a plea agreement with prosecutors back in October 2017.
Salling was best known for playing bad-boy Noah "Puck" Puckerman on the Fox comedy "Glee."
