Cryptocurrency Now Part Of Bay Area Housing Market

Cryptocurrency is now part of the California real estate market.  The latest listing to accept bitcoin, litecoin, or other digital currencies is in Los Angeles.  The seller of a Hollywood Studio District condo is asking just over $1.2 million or a virtual equivalent or combination of both cash and cryptocurrency.

There are currently over a dozen bitcoin homes for sale in the Golden State. The Bay Area boasts most of the realty for sale including a four-bedroom remodeled home near the Oakland Zoo. Owners are asking $648,000 or a virtual equivalent or combination of both cash and cryptocurrency.

Bitcoin buyers are also welcome to bid on a $3.8 million Berkeley Hills home.  There's also a 39 acre lot in Carmel that's going for $837,000 in bitcoin.
