A Kansas City man facing federal gun and drug charges farted up such a storm during his interrogation that the detective questioning him had to stop.

24-year-old Sean A. Sykes Jr. is charged with possession with intent to sell cocaine and for being a felon in possession of 3 firearms, 2 of them were reported stolen.

On September 1st Sykes was found in a car with a backpack containing 2 guns and all kinds of drugs.

When Sykes was being questioned, he said he didn't know anything about the drugs or the guns. The detective said in his report about the interview:

“Mr. Sykes leaned to one side of his chair and released a loud fart before answering with the address. Mr. Sykes continued to be flatulent and I ended the interview."

No charges were filed at that time, but then on November 5th Sykes was pulled over by the police yet again.

They found marijuana, crack cocaine, and a .38-caliber revolver that had been reported stolen from a park.

Sykes is in custody and will find out this week if a bond will be set.
