Her resume includes a list of impressive companies with executive roles at places like Microsoft and Viacom. On this episode she talks about the moment she got the call from Sheryl Sandberg to join Facebook, overcoming confidence issues, and the importance of being an effective and enlightened leader. She also discusses Facebook ad revenue from Russia and the steps Facebook is taking to provide more clarity and controls for advertisers to help make Facebook a safer platform for sharing content.
