Convicted sex offender Kenneth Washington, accused of groping a woman jogging near Mount Rubidoux in Riverside, has been charged with sexual battery.
The victim was jogging when Washington ran up to her and sexually attacked her, according to Officer Ryan Railsback, a Riverside Police Department spokesman.
A passerby took a picture of Washington and posted it to social media. A Riverside County Deputy recognized him as transient from the area.
Thank God he's off the streets, for now. Knowing how California works, this guy could be back out there soon.
